CONTEXT

Resupplying all care units from the Jewish General Hospital while avoiding stock out with an understaffed team and high staff turnover is a logistical challenge; this results in personal having to cover entire pavilions by themselves and stretching the workforce thin.

WHAT WAS DONE

Conducted observations and interviews to understand the context, organized design sprints to iterate on the application, piloted over 4 months in 3 different care units with distinct needs.
