Info-Santé 811 services receive a large number of calls for the number of nurses available; this results in long waiting time and unanswered calls.
WHAT WAS DONE
Conceived and hosted 3 workshops: identify the current process, create a new process with the new tool and find the ideal workflow for deployment of the new process.
