Emails are a limited medium for asynchronous communications; this results in inefficient exchange between the stakeholders.
WHAT WAS DONE
Conducted observations and interviews to understand the context, organized workshops to co-create a new iteration of the application, hosted playtests for the prototype and piloted for 4 months the application and the new process.
